VIP Tables are available for purchase in the WIHS VIP Club at The Show Place Arena. 

Enjoy the excitement of WIHS hunter, jumper, and equitation classes from a private VIP table seating eight (8) guests, offering the best views of all the 5* and national finals action at WIHS.

WIHS is welcoming premium catering and beverage partners to bring you meals throughout the week including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. Complimentary wine, beer, and craft cocktails are available every day!

There are a variety of VIP table options available. All tables seat 8 guests and are largely tax deductible. Host your family, friends, and barnmates to watch the competition while enjoying a comfortable viewing area and delicious food. Single day tables, weeklong splits and shares may be available. 

• Full Week Table ($15,000) – Monday through Sunday during daytime AND evening sessions, offering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack during daytime sessions, and dinner and open bar during evening sessions Tuesday through Saturday. These are the only tier of tables available for WIHS signature evening FEI competitions and entertainment, Wednesday through Saturday.
  

• Latter Week Daytime Table for 8 Guests ($10,000) – Thursday through Sunday daytime only, offering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Open bar available as well.  Perfect for junior and amateur jumpers, equitation riders, and pony families – especially if you would rather spend your nights back at the hotel!
  

• Early Week Table for 8 Guests ($7,500) – Monday through Thursday, offering breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack daily. Dinner served Tuesday through Thursday. Open bar will be available. Professional and amateur owner hunter riders, barns and families – these are perfect for you!
  

• Weekend Daytime Table ($6,000) – Saturday and Sunday daytime only, offering breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. Open bar available as well. Perfect for ponies!!
   
• WIHS Adult and Children’s Finals ($1,500 per day) – Get a deal on daytime VIP Tables available by the day for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday sessions, offering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack on Monday through Wednesday. Perfect for adult and children’s competitors – pick which day(s) and get access the entire time the competition is going on! 

Tables in the VIP Club are considered a sponsorship of WIHS, and are tax deductible less the value of goods received.  Each full table purchase comes with the option to sponsor a class, award, or special program.
