The Kind Wins Workshop is designed to help equestrian communities build a culture of kindness, respect, and inclusivity within their barns. In this one-hour session, participants will gain practical knowledge on recognizing and addressing bullying, fostering positive behavior, and setting a standard of kindness. Through a mix of discussions, activities, and role-playing, the workshop covers the impact of bullying in equestrian settings, provides tools for preventing negative behaviors, and offers strategies for leaders to promote respect.
