VIP Tables are available for purchase in the WIHS VIP Club at The Show Place Arena. 

Enjoy the excitement of WIHS hunter, jumper, and equitation classes from a private VIP table, offering the best views of all the 5* and action at WIHS.

WIHS is welcoming premium catering and beverage partners to bring you meals throughout the week including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. Complimentary wine, beer, and craft cocktails are available every day!

There are a variety of VIP table options available. All tables seat 8 guests and are largely tax deductible. Host your family, friends, and barnmates to watch the competition while enjoying a comfortable viewing area and delicious food. Single day tables, weeklong splits and shares may be available and are subject to availability. 

• Full Week VIP Table ($15,000 with $12,250 tax deductible) – Monday through Sunday during daytime and evening sessions. Offering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack during daytime sessions, and dinner and open bar during evening sessions Tuesday through Saturday. This is the only tier of tables available for evening FEI competitions and entertainment, Wednesday through Saturday. Opportunity to sponsor an award, division or program, and will be listed as a Silver Sponsor in WIHS materials and arena scoreboard.
  
• Daytime Table ($10,000 with $8,250 tax deductible) – Thursday through Sunday daytime only, offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and an open bar. Opportunity to be listed as a Bronze Sponsor in WIHS materials and arena scoreboard.
• Early Week Table ($8,000 with $6,400 tax deductible) – Monday through Thursday, offering breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack daily. Dinner served Tuesday through Thursday, and an open bar. Opportunity to be listed as a Benefactor Sponsor on WIHS materials and arena scoreboard.
  
• Weekend Table Daytime Only ($5,000 with $4,000 tax deductible) – Saturday and Sunday daytime only, offering breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack, and an open bar. Opportunity to be listed as a Benefactor Sponsor on WIHS materials and on arena scoreboard. 
• WIHS Adult and Children’s Finals Special ($2,000 per day with $1,600 tax deductible) – Monday or Tuesday, or pick both dates. Offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and an open bar. Lite dinner served Monday and Tuesday evening.

Tables in the VIP Club are considered a sponsorship of WIHS, and are tax deductible less the value of goods received.  Each full table purchase comes with the option to sponsor a class, award, or special program.
